Your site claims there is latest update on my order?

So it's been almost 6 days where it says it's in transit, so randomly checking because I'm scared this was all a scam,I see towards bottom on page there is an update for my order, but don't know where to give that update or what kind of package mine is considered

According the the latest update on Amazon, it stated that China Post ran into an issue when attempting our delivery. That was on December 30th. We haven’t heard anything else. I checked with the tracking number through your site and it states it’s In Kentucky, not Florida. Can you please inform me of what is going on with my order? I'm trying to track LP178713364SG. It was showing in the 4px tracking site but it did'nt update. The latest info I have is that it has been handed over to airline on Sept 12th. Can you help me, please.
