Your item is a toy that not even as a toy can be use. I want my money back and I need you to send me a shipping label to return you item. And I am also going to make a report .

Hi Belem,

You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get refund. If the seller doesn't reply you, you can try to open a dispute from the platform you buy the item or try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.

I paid $99.99 on a 5 0z Apollo 11 50th Anniversary with Buzz Aldrin Autograph all you sent was a flat look Alike 1 oz copy I would like my money back and a return label so I can return the wrong item. Thank you

My shipment is detained at customs.
It is a letter containing 5 broken carbide drill bits, which we advertise to our supplier.
We return them to make an analysis.
Why was the shipment detained? Why aren't we informed about it?

I placed an order in early March online with a merchant that did not advertise shipment from China. When I realized that is where it was shipping from I immediately tried to cancel and they ignored my request. A week later I got an email stating that the order had shipped. Then a few days after that I got another email with a tracking # stating I would receive the order within 10-15 days. It shows Chengdu, delivered to air transport on 3/23/20 but then nothing. I am moving in 2 weeks and was wondering if I will receive my package before then? Here is the tracking # LY028722343CN
