Hello, I have a package that has been stuck with you for more than a month according to the tracking tax EA580003355CN and is not progressing. What can be done?

Hi Nissim,

You need to wait for more days to see if it will be reached in Israel. If there is still no update untill Nov.13, you need to contact the sender to give you a solution in time.
