Everyone show that my package was delivered and the seller says it was signed for but I never received it. The post office does not match this number and I need to find the phone number of the last point that this package was known to be. I think paperwork was altered and someone stole my bicycle battery. I want to track this down because the seller and AliExpress are not helping at all. Theu belived the "delivered" status and told me so.

I have seen many packages with the tracking number starting with A couldn't be delivered to the right address. It may be a scam and was delivered to some other place. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't give you a solution, you can only try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
