What's the tracking number? If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require the courier to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Says my package was delivered but I never received it. Where was my package delivered to?

I'm very not sure if these people are committing fraud but it was my first time buying from Hypnive. Of course didn't think it would take 3 months to get delivered. I emailed the retailer to see what's taking so long they say it was delivered. When I check the map to see where they delivered it wasn't even in my neighborhood I was dropped out 5 miles from my house. I see the streeet but there's no address so I can knock on somebody's door!!!! I WANT A FUCKING REFUND BC BETWEEN THE COURIER AND RETAILER NOBODY KNOWS WHERE MY PACKAGE IS!!!!
