I received two packages of Magnetic Eyelashes (3 in one package and 5 in other package). I'm not happy with the products and it just doesn't work for me. Where the hell is my order?? This package was shipped on May 5 and still in domestic transit in China now. It should leave China in recent two days. E-packet usually takes about 15-30 days to be delivered.

I COMMANDED TWO ITEMS IN MAY 2019 ONLINE FROM LLBEAY. ALICIA claimed to ship them by EMS , she send an email with a trucking number which I used to truck them showing they have arrived to Quebec city in Canada. When I contacted Quebec and Canada Posts ,they Said that they have not received those two items. The China Wuhan EMS international transportation offered that trucking number . By now I didn’t get my two commanded items.

Your question is not so clear. Do you mean you use EMS to ship a package to US but they havn't sent it our for many days? Let me know your tracking number if you ship a package.
