Wuhan customs phone number

My package from USA is stuck in wuhan customs and i was told to pay duties where can i pay it please and whom do I contact to pay it

Hi
My package states "held by customs Wuhan China" when searching tracking number EJ289674001AU using Australia Post, package held since the 21 March 2022.
The receiver is not authorized/allowed to deal with customs issues when package was sent by owner, and not them, Australia Post stated there is nothing they can do, Australia Post stated only the receiver can address customs issue.
I dont know the reason package is held, for same items were sent using Australia Post a month ago without issue.

If you are the receiver in China, you'd better check if you have received the notice from the customs from the phone message. If no, check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check and pay.
