My package has been stuck with Wuhan City, Export Swaps Bureau retained” since 10/23. Does this mean I will never get the package or does it sometimes continue movement again? How can I find out why it was retained. I live in America.. is this a problem the seller must resolve? Tracking: LY911138971CN

I have messaged the seller via WhatsApp, and they said “Rest assured”. And “not to worry”. I asked “Has the parcel has left China yet?” , and the seller replied “Yes, flight departure”
