Hi,
I ordered a package and it has been sitting in transit for over a week. Track number is: AG042551021CN. It’s saying that it arrived in Amsterdam but doesn’t tell me where the package is now or when it will arrive at my home or what the local post conpany is. I need to know what’s going on with my package, I also can’t contact the EMA ChinaPost company.

I'd like to know why my package is still sitting in Toronto when it should of been on its way to me by now it was supposed to be delivered on Sept 5th ots now the 28th and it's been sitting in Toronto since the 17th I need someone to get ahold of were it's sitting at and let me no when it will be delived because it's way past the delivery date please I need help to see when it will be sent to me thanks

Placed my order on 3/8/2020, and it hit your hands on 3/10/2020. Tracking states it departed the transit hub by plane to America on 3/27/20. I can only assume the plane had issues because 2 days later it arrived at the transit hub, and has been sitting there ever since.. I understand a possible 40 day Max delivery, especially during Covid-19, but we are going on 70+ days with no movement...
