Wrong tracking number

The item we ordered had a wrong tracking number. Have sent three emails to seller with no answer. Can you help us find our order?

Hi kmkn25,

If the seller gave you a wrong tracking number, we couldn't know the right one for your package. You can only contact the seller to ask for the right one or find it from the place where your ordered.

My package was delivered to the wrong house. They put in the wrong address. I got a hold of the seller, they said they reshipped. It's been 3 months, and I am still waiting on a tracking number, they said it's been expedited. IT was threw Jinzhou Network
