Wrong product delivered

In June I ordered a bread maker off Facebook. Today, 12 Aug I received a gold coloured ring (not real gold, and far to big to fit a finger, 2cm) it had the proper tracking number from China,. I did not realise the bread maker was coming from China when I ordered it. I assume this is a scam. Am I right and can I do anything about it. Thank you

Hi Carol Wyatt,

It should be a scam. You'd better try to contat your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
