What is the information I need to know before I try to recover and put in the right address to get it to me.And how long does it take for your company to respond

It said my package was in my town then all of a sudden said it was delivered so i went to go check but didn’t find anything. Once i tracked it the address was changed to someone in California when i’m in Indiana!???? my tracking number is AG555497756CN. I’m very annoyed as the package was very expensive and this is very annoying. I don’t know how the address would’ve changed and got delivered to someone who isn’t me. What can you do for me i would like a refund
