Hi Nicola Reilly,

Unfortunately it's impossible to change the address of an order after it has been shipped, but if you'd like I can make the order be delivered to a collection point nearby, where you will be able to collect your parcel by showing some form of identification.

The closest collection point I could find near you is at:
Ballymount Industrial Estate, Unit D5, Ballymount Drive, Dublin 12

Otherwise you will need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and let them give you a solution as soon as possible.

I ordered a package and put down the correct delivery address. In an email receipt the address was correct. It was delivered to the wrong address. I can’t contact the original seller or China Post because I only speak english. Hopefully you have the resources to find more insight about this event.
