Tracking says delivered somewhere in Chesterfield Mo.zip code 63005 I am at 28640 Jefferson North Carolina no where near Mo.so what can you do now I believe your whole dame web site is a scam Walter Dillard

Hi elkhunter340,

If it's delivered to the wrong address, try to contact the seller to check it for you. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply, it may be a scam. We have found many seller uses china post parcel to ship some junk to another address. The shipping is real, but the parcel does not contain the goods you purchased and the parcel address is not even to your address either. You need to call your bank and report fraud asap.

I placed this order from a seller via DHgate & it should have been delivered to my address 31 Archer Drive, Cheswick Green, Solihull, B90 4LG, UK, however it was delivered on 11th June via Royal Mail to a wrong address in UK, the seller has closed his store more than 2 weeks ago & I can not contact him by any means, I appreciate if you can help, at least I want to know if he has given you my address & accordingly it is the fault of Royal mail to deliver the parcel to a wrong address, or the seller gave you a wrong address & in that case, I can get refunded by DHgate.

You claim you delivered my product on Feb.20/25, but you delivered it the the wrong address in the wrong Province of Canada. My address is in Ontario, Canada not Quebec Canada, Please advise when it will be delivered to the correct address. This is not taken over a month and I still have not received my purchase.
