A parcel with the tracking number LX202610597CN WAS SENT FROM BEIJING TO MY ADDRESS IN LONDON. I WOULD APPRECIATE AN UPDATE AS TO ITS STATUS. MANY THANKS.

The tracking shows it left China on Oct. 28 and headed for UK since then. From the tracking number format, it's sent by ePacket. This kind of parcel usually takes 15 working days to arrive. So, it there is no delay, it should be in UK now. But it's still in transit to UK. I suggest you wait another week to see if you could receive it. There must be a delay on road.
