I haven’t had an update on my parcel for over 10 days and I am worried it is lost. The tracking reference is LZ034014423CN. Should I be contacting the seller or is it really still in transit?

Is my package lost tracking number ly503899873cn. Haven't had an update in over month .what is the status on the package is it lost should I contact Ebay and file a complaint or is on it's way.
It left China today and is en route to UK now.
