Worried about parcel

Hello, May I kindly know what's happening to my parcel has it's been held by customs since the 19th of December and hasn't been released till now. Am really worried its lost. Here is my tracking number EV915117115CN

Hi SISIEKO02,

It's not lost. It's retained by the cusoms now. You'd better let the sender contact China EMS (call 11183) to ask what to do to let it be released.
