Yes, you can use China Post registered air mail to send. This is the way I suggest you to use.

I suggest use an international express company instead of send them through China Post directly. In Guangzhou, there are many express companies that can send parcels to world wide countries with cheap price. To different countries, the price is different. Also, by air and by ship will be different. If you use China Post ordinary small packet plus, it will be cheap, but it couldn't be tracked. I suggest you use China Post registered air mail to send.
