why no delivery of my order?

My shipment has not been updated for 10 days, Work and update shipments! It was given to the carrier and is out of date. please work useless!

Hi hope you doing well i have placed an order of a trousers from mainland china to turkey on 21st of november and its said that it has been shipped to my country at december 2nd but there hasnt been any updates for 6 days now and i am getting worried is there a way you can share some information on this ?
