Wondering if my package is just slow or stuck

my package says it arrived in destination country for 3 weeks and I haven't received any info beyond that .My guess is that my package doesn't have any tracking in my country but I would just like to know thanks

I have a package that I bought from aliexpress. The tracking is stuck on "Departure/leaving Shenzhen" for 2 weeks. The shipping is EMS China post.

hi, i have 2 packages from aliexpress i ordered back in March 11 & 16th
LO939294132CN & LO942034035CN there coming via epacket, i know due to the outbreak that postage is slow so i was wondering how much longer it was going to be before they would be in transit since according to the tracking information they are at the Despatch from Sorting Center on the 31st of March 9:22:00 but no new information, any information on my orders would be appreciated
