Wondering about my package

I order an item from Ali Express on 01/07/2022 and it was shipped out the next day and was moving along then on 2022-01-24 10:19 it arrive at sorting center in destination country and stopped dead. I was wonder if someone could find out if it is lost or what the tracking number that I was given for in isUT485619654TH Please help this was to be a gift for a good friend Thank you

It's in Canada now and should be delayed in Canada now. I suggest you wait for another 15-30 days to see it will be reached. If it couldn't be delivered in another month, it's not normal. You can open a dispute from Ali Express to get refund if it couldn't be delivered in time.
