Wondering about follow up to package ordered December 11, 2016?

My tracking number is LT591939598CN and I know the items have made it to the US by looking up the tracking number through the post office. It just always says "in transit". I am unable to get an approximate delivery time/date or where it is in the US. It has been 5 weeks and I am very frustrated! How much longer for my corgi and pug pajama sets?

I found many of the packages using ePacket were delayed to US. In most cases, it should arrive within 15 working days. But now, many of them needs over a month to arrive. I think it should arrive in this week or the next week.

I was wondering if there is a way to track my item (RE166471524CN) since it arrived in Toronto, Canada destined to my city? I preferably want to have an idea where it is, as last time I ordered they lost my parcel when (i.e. ordered in October) and this one was sent in the beginning of December.
