Hello
I placed 3 wish orders in the 2nd week of April. All were to be delivered by May end. The delivery dates keep on extending everytime and the status is stuck at "depart from departure hub". Please let me know the status of the following parcels as I need them urgently.

My last 2 orders, 1 with 2 items brought from 1 store, the other item from different store.
Could please tell my it says " depart from departure, its been sitting in the description for a long time, I've already received my 2 other orders.

My packages both sat departed from destination hub since July 18th no update. Are they still in China ? Why doesn't Wish give you an estimated delivery time for the items it sell. I misleads you by indicating processed time is about 7 days. After you order and pay then you find out it could be months and even that dates changes. When wish customer services is contacted they tell you to wait and if the order is not received by the ever changing estimated date you call ask the seller for a refund. This is really BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE.... Wish should at the very least update the tracking information on a daily basis...

They are sent by SUNYOU Express and are still in transit in China now. You need to wait for another month to receive it to my experience. If you couldn't wait, contact the seler to give you a solution in time.
