Will the package I sent to China get delivered on time?

Hello there,
I want to find out if the mobile phone I sent to an address in China won't have problems reaching the address. I just found out that mobile phone could be part of list of China post forbidden items. What do I do in case it doesn't get delivered to the address based on this?

Dear China Post,
I have ordered an item on AliExpress and it has been shipped to me by China Post. The tracking number is AT558879198CN .
Somehow in the system it is shown as Delivered (first on December 4, 2024. Then delivered again on December 9, 2024 which is quite strange with two delivery dates). However, in reality is has unfortunately not been delivered, and I have not received it. I do not know where that package may be at this time. The seller on AliExpress recommended that I contact China Post so that you could initiate tracing the package.
Could you please trace the package to see where it might be at this time, because I have not received it?

Says delivered but it never arrived, if it in turn doesn’t arrive I’ll spend as much time as it takes to decimate China post legally. In case you didn’t know, not shipping a package but saying you did is a Federal Crime in the United States. Get me my shit, and get it to me on time. I don’t wait 20+ fucking days for you just to not deliver it.
