There is no flight to Dominican Repiblic that makes it delayed. If you couldn't wait, you'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

It's delayed for a long time in China. To my experience, there should be update showing it arrives in this August or early September, you'd better wait for more days to see if there is any update. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
