Will my package arrive this month?

Hi I ordered a package 47 days ago and I still didn’t receive it and it didn’t even arrive at destination country?! Why 42 days since he last update!? Will it arrive this month or next month or will it never arrive? It was my first time to purchase something on AliExpress and I accidentally said that I received my package now I can’t open a dispute because the 15 days ended so I can’t get a refund I only want my package!? Please tell me an estimated arrival date. RE020339549CN

In normal, it should be delivered within two months. You'd better contact the seller to refund you if you couldn't receive it within two months.

I've been told by shein to wait until October 8 for my package to possibly arrive but there hasn't been any updates of its location in a Month, I know it won't arrive in October 8 like shein promised. I'm so worried it wont arrive, ever.
