I read that there is an additional delay on deliveries from China shipped in April. My package has said preparing to be dispatched for the past 20 days. Is this normal and when can I expect this?

It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives after it was delivered to air transport. Please wait for more days to get update.
