Will I know when my package is released?

Hi:
I know this type of package is not trackable here in the US, but it currently says "United States, arrived at【United States】secondary processing center". Will I know when it is handed over to the US Postal service?

Hi Tony,

To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within ten days after it's at the US secondary processing center, it will be returned back or still stuck there. This may be caused due to the address problem. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

I sent a package of clothing to be returned to JoyFornice Design/Norcora's return facility, in Guangzhou. The tracking information (CH106002532US) shows that it is being held in customs since 12.09.2020 03:50:00 [USPS]. Until the package is released, I am unable to get a refund from PayPal.
