Why stuck at Flight Departure for 26+ days--Shanghai to British Columbia, CANADA

Hi I've noticed my parcel has NO UPDATES since Mar. 24th saying 'Flight Departure' departing from Shanghai, China with Delta Air where it's supposed to arrive to British Columbia, CANADA. Why is it taking over 26 days with NO UPDATES...someone PLEASE REPLY with help! Thanks!!!

Hi Craig C.,

Packages sent to Canada by China Post or e-packet are slow at present. It usually takes about 30-60 days to reach Canada after 'Flight Departure'. There will be update when it arrives. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
