Why parcel EA165343974CN has not been updated since 11 Oct 2016?

I have checked the status of my parcel EA165343974CN and has no update since 11 Oct.

Then I check with EMS they said returned to original post office. Is that correct? Why isit returned without even getting out of country?

Yes, the parcel has been returned to the sender. You should contact the sender to ask why it was returned.
