why no one can answer who is my local carrier in portugal?

hello. I bought products from china, and in the site of internacional carrier, they say the package is already delivered in my local adress but i dindt receive nothing. I contact the internacional carrier and they say they are sycronized with china post you send them information from my package. The seller dont say nothing yet and i want to know who is my local carrier in portugal who send my package. Can you please see in your database who delivered my package in portugal? my track number of internacional carrier is : AM350346285CN. Thanks and please help me.

Correios de Portugal is in charge of delivering it to you. You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Portugal. Then, use the number to check with Correios de Portugal about the address they delivered to.
