Hi mauricio dias,

It seems to be stuck at the customs since October 2. If you are the recipient better call China Post service number 11183 (then 8 to get English service) to ask how to get it.

I have already called the post office in Portugal (CTT) and they say that they cannot find any shipment in the system with the AT470429804CN.

The shipment is only shown as delivered in the tracking status of China post or track17.

I need your help because I urgently need my shipment and have been waiting for over 30 days
