why my parcels stucked in shanghai?

Dear Daisy,
I send around 100 parcels to Iran each month regularly. 29 of my parcels have stucked in Shanghai airline since 23/09 while rest of the parcels which have been sent later, arrived to destination already. would you please tell me how can I contact shanghai airline to fix this issue? I couldn't find any phone number or email to contact them. my customers are driving me crazy...

Sometimes, due to the coronavirus, packages are usually delayed. China Post couldn't guarantee the delivery time. These packages are normal.It usually takes about 20-60 days to have update showing they arrive in Iran after they were delivered by airline. You'd better let your customers wait for more days to get them. You should tell them the estimated delivery date (20-60 days) before they buy if you use China Post to send.
