Why my parcel has been returned from Beijingto Harbin

I sent a parcel from Harbin China to Serbia on August 30. Tracking nuber is CP327504844CN. I was checking the tracking number and I got an information that the parcel has been returned from Beijing to Harbin. What went wrong? Will they send it again?

Hi Goran,

It couldn't pass the check, so returned back. It was delivered in Harbin on Sep. 14 successfully and it will not sent again.
