Hi Ana,

Your package has exceeded normal shipping time! It has been in India since May 28. It should be stuck or lost in India. You need to contact the sender to reflect the problem and get a solution from the sender in time.

The seller has shipped my parcel (CP408554960CN) in June. It’s a surface parcel, and the status has been stuck at “sent to airline” for a month. The destination of this parcel is Norway.

Can I check when can I expect to receive it?
