My parcel number it's AS491550947CN and it has not moved since 07/13/2020 I ask the store and they does not answer. Can you help me please???

What we see is also it's stuck at the local sorting centre of the USA now. But to my experience, it hasn't been real in the USA. It hasn't got by the USPS. If it couldn't be delivered in time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
