Why my package wasn't delivered

Can someone please answer me as to why my parcel wasn't delivered and where it is now. I have rang numerous times with no help at all emailed and email address is not worknig and I have sent 3 of theses messages to you. Please answer me tracking number is RL810068551IE can you please have the tracking information updated as to why it wasn't delivered and to what address delivery was attempted to it doesn't have it on the tracking page

Hi Anne Hayes,

You need to let the receiver in China call China Post service number 11185 (Chinese language) to check why the delivery was failed. In normal, the delivery was failed because the receiver couldn't be get connected.
