Why my package was returned and why is taking so much time, is this normal?

Why package was returned? additionally to that was taking so much time, now that was returned how much time more will take to arrive, i think i waited to much and i do not know if finally will arrive or not, my tracking number is EB751351929CN. In advance thank you for the answer.
