Why my package was returned

Hi, can somebody help me to know if the tracking# RM968946627CN may be returned to Chile Again, please? I've asked this same question before but anybody provide an answer. Please yor comments. Thank you! Best regards.

Hi Geraldine Serrano,

Your package has been returned back and the sender has got it on Sep. 8. You couldn't get it again except the sender send it again to you.

You'd better contact the sender and ask him to deliver it again to you if you still want it.
