Why my package is stil in China

I send my package from Dalian to Italy on the 5th of July. I am checking everyday where my package is, and from the 5th of July it did this itinerary: Dalian - Beijing - Dalian - Beijing - Shanghai - Dalian. Why this long itinerary? Why all this change of cities? Why my package is still in Dalian and in general in China? The number is: CP339456593CN.

It may contains something that are prohibited by China Post. So, it couldn't be exported from China successfully.

But when I packed my package I declared everything in China post and they told me nothing about something wrong. What’s more, it’s the third package I pack and with the other first two I didn’t have problems (and all the packages contain the same things: clothes, shoes, books)! What can I do? Thanks.
