If it takes a long time transiting in the originating country, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller in time.

Hello, I sent a package from the U.S. to Australia at the start of the month. It was going in route but after it landed in Sydney, it diverted to China where its been for half the month. Which confuses me because it never was intended for China or another country. Just from the US to Australia. I was lucky to find the package here with China post. The system says its been sitting in Shanghai for a while now.
