Why my package has not been arrived yet?

This Luggage has been sent in December 2019..its been whole year and i haven't received it yet...according to tracking number it did arrive to beijing and now had cancelled..

Hi Rabeya Qaisar,

It was returned back to the seller and the seller has got it on September 6. You couldn't receive it. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
