There is no further update after Feb. 19. for it. It is sent by China post ordinary small packet plus. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it leaves some stations of China. It usually takes about 40-60 days for it to reach and it's easy to be lost. You'd better contact the sender to give you a solution if you couldn't get it in time.
