Why my order is taking so long?

I ordered a product from a website and it ship out on 23 April 2020. Today (3 June 2020), i still have not received my product. I know the covid-19 situation has affected the shipping but its more than one month. I don't understand why from shenzhen, it goes to guangzhou and then back to shenzhen? Why can't it comes to my country directly. At this rate, i think my product will never arrive this year.

It didn't leave form Guangzhou successfully. So, it tried to leave from Shenzhen. You'd better wait for more days to see if there is any update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
