Why my item has not arrived at it's destination ?

I have send a package and it has arrived to Shenzhen Center and at the tracking informations says that at 10/11 (tracking code:RE814916505GR)Delivery attempted .What supposed to mean that ? why my package hasnt arrived to its destination ?

Hi george18a,

The lastest tracking information shows the posman will delivery it to you again. You'd better contact the man to ask when he will deliver it to you. Delivery man's phone number: 13714745633. BTW, he couldn't speak English. Better ask a Chinese friend to make the call for you.
