why my document parcel sent by China Post EMS is stuck at " Airline Departure"

Hi,
I am Ghulam Mustafa, a friend of mine sent me my original documents from Shanghai to Pakistan by CHINA POST EMS ( Tracking Nuber: EA553323908CN), it has been more than 15 days, my parcel is stuck at " Airline Departure" i am really very confuse, i need them on urjent basis, pleasr help me in this regards. Its really very urjent

It's in Pakistan now. Pakistan Post will deliver it to you recently.

Hi, I have parcel with tracking number LV454185927CN. It has been stuck in transit since March 19. More specifically since Apr 5 , it has been on airline departure. Hello there,

I have going through a hard issue since the buyer I ordered from lied to me and proposed a fake Tracking number that shows I received the item so this how he win the dispute and now until I explained them that its not my tracking number and showed them that Its been almost 4 month now that I am waiting for for my parcel to arrive without a hope since its stuck on "Departure"
and AliExpress asked me to provide a missing document to support my claim otherwise my money is gone "What a shame service" They don't wanna believe that I have not received the parcel but they do believe a seller that propose someone else's tracking number, AliExpress is a stupid service making buyers go through headache.

So I am here to see if I can get any document to support my claim as there is no any ways to connect China post by air service at all...
