Why isn’t my package moving ? It’s been like this for 2 weeks.

I’m tracking my package and it says that my package has been “processed through facility” but its been like that for almost 3 weeks now . Where is my package and why isn’t it moving. Is it still coming ? I’m not getting any updates on my tracking app either .

Hi Annababy,

It usually takes about 20-40 days for it to reach and there will be further update when it arrives in the destination country. Wait for more days to see.

Hello, I sent a package back recorded delivery with Royal Mail back to China (returned goods declared). The tracking says it was handed to the local delivery partner. Also the package seems to be still at customs in SHENZHEN, China. The package has not been moving for 4 weeks.
