why is there no update on my package?

the tracking # that I was given was AS744975787CN and I was told that it was in canada, but was not told the courier that was bringing it. It hasn't been updated since November 19, 2021 and I want to know what is happening please. On amazon it says arriving today but i havent received it, and they have changed the date so many times. Can you please tell me where my package is?

Hi tasha,

It's stuck in Hong Kong now. I suggest you open a dispute to get refund if you couldn't receive it in time.

This tracking last update was 8/15/21 and then no update for few day as now.
This tracking last update showed as:
2021-08-15 19:14 上海市, 已交承运商运输
This tracking has not even show any update of custom clearance.
The other tracking usual show update in few day as:
航空公司接收/航空公司启运/飞机进港
But this tracking has not show any of this usual update after 8/15/21.
Please contact the transport agency/carrier to identify the matter for this tracking of package.
