Why is the shipment stuck an where?

RO513419656EE the status has been the same since 14 Apr. It's now 16 days since the last update. Destination is Finland. Finnish post says they have no parcel or information.

Hi Mike,

It's in Finland now. If it couldn't be delivered before the delivery time on AliExpress, you need to contact the seller or open a dispute on AliExpress to get a solution as soon as possible.

I have noticed that some people have a problem with shipments that arrived on 01.12 in Liege. I have a shipment that has been stuck in Liege since 1st December and is not moving.
