Hi Huong,

It should not allowed to leave for Vietnam now. You need to track it in the following days to see if it's normal. If it's returned back again or you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution.

Chinapost tracking still shows parcel "handed to airline" on June 18. Destination is Canada. Tracking number is LZ078407551CN. If you can't track where the parcel is, at least provide the name of the airline you gave the parcel to.
